These terms govern the use of the Allunora platform by restaurants and other hospitality businesses (the "Customer"). They are addressed to businesses and professionals only and do not apply to consumers.
1. Service provider
The service is provided by [Pending: legal name] (tax ID [Pending: tax ID]), registered office [Pending: registered office], [Pending: registry data], email [Pending: contact email].
2. Scope
Allunora provides, as software as a service, tools to run a restaurant: website and online ordering, floor and order taking, kitchen, reservations, loyalty, inventory, recipe costing, staff, analytics and AI features, according to the pack and add-ons subscribed for each venue.
3. Packs, add-ons and prices
Current packs per venue (prices exclude VAT):
- Tienda: €39 per month
- Sala: €89 per month
- Gestión: €79 per month
- Personal: €29 per month
- Control: €99 per month
- Completo: €199 per month
Annual billing costs 10 monthly fees for 12 months of service. From the Customer's second venue, a 20% discount applies to each additional venue.
Add-ons, extra AI credits and extra storage are charged at the current price list shown in the app. Indirect taxes (VAT) are added as required by law.
4. Term, renewal and cancellation
The subscription is monthly or annual and renews automatically for equal periods. Each period is invoiced in advance.
The Customer may cancel at any time from the owner area or by asking support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; current periods are not refunded unless the law requires it.
5. Price changes
Allunora may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from the next renewal; a Customer who disagrees may cancel before that date.
6. Payment and non-payment
Allunora issues the invoice in advance: every month or, if the Customer chooses annual payment, once a year. The Customer pays it by bank transfer within 15 days of the invoice date, or by card or direct debit when Allunora offers those methods.
If an invoice is not paid on time, Allunora notifies the Customer. If non-payment continues after the grace period stated in the notice, Allunora may limit the service to its core functions until the debt is settled; the owner always keeps access to their account and to the export of their data. The limitation does not delete data; clause 11 applies if the subscription ends.
7. Customer obligations
- Use the service lawfully and in line with these terms.
- Keep the venue credentials and staff PINs safe, and deactivate anyone who stops working at the venue.
- Be responsible for the content it publishes (menu, allergens, prices, texts and images) and its accuracy.
- Meet its obligations as data controller towards its customers and employees (information, legal basis, rights).
8. Fiscal scope: Allunora is not an invoicing system
Allunora is not a certified invoicing or fiscal receipt system (not VERI*FACTU, TicketBAI or an Italian RT fiscal register). Bills, receipts and summaries shown or printed by the platform are internal documents and are labelled "Not a fiscal receipt/invoice".
The Customer must issue fiscal receipts and invoices with a certified POS or system as required by law. Allunora may send orders to an integrated POS, but the fiscal obligation remains the Customer's.
9. Data protection
For data about the venue's customers, reservations, orders, loyalty, reviews and staff, the Customer is the controller and Allunora acts as processor. The Data Processing Agreement (/platform-legal/dpa) forms part of these terms.
Allunora is the controller of the platform customer account, of the owner and staff login accounts and of its own billing, as described in its Privacy Policy (/platform-legal/privacy).
10. Availability and support
Allunora provides the service with reasonable professional care. Availability and response targets are set out in the Service Level Agreement (/platform-legal/sla).
11. Termination and return of data
When the subscription ends or is suspended for good, the Customer has 30 days to download a full export of its data from the owner area.
After that period Allunora deletes the Customer's data, except what it must keep by law, and issues a deletion certificate. Backups are overwritten in their normal cycle.
12. Liability
Allunora's total liability for any cause related to the service is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.
Allunora is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, nor for failures of third parties (payment gateways, DNS, AI providers, the Customer's connection). These limits do not apply to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them.
13. Suspension
Allunora may limit the service for non-payment as set out in clause 6, and suspend it, in whole or in part, for use that endangers the security of the platform or of third parties, or when an authority requires it. Where possible it gives notice first.
14. Intellectual property
The software and platform belong to Allunora. The Customer keeps all rights in its content and data and grants Allunora the licence needed to provide the service.
15. Changes to these terms
Each version of these terms has a number and a date. After a material change, the owner must accept the new version when signing in; Allunora keeps a record of every acceptance (date, user, IP and browser).
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
